All DemoKit products come with e-mail support and full instructions.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before dispatch (when the files are e-mailed to you or installed) thereafter no refunds will be issued.
Once you have received your order you have a 14 day period within which you can instruct us free of charge to make amendments to the site and / or graphics. This covers all packages, but only extends to the parameters of the initial package purchased, ie. We will only make text amendments to sites which we initially set text for, so for example we would not make text amendments to a site if initially only a “Basic” package was purchased. For a full list of packages available, prices and features click here. Thereafter maintenance can be purchased, prices below.
If you purchase one of our 5 page website packages but only have 3 pages of information you can not carry the remaining 2 pages forward. If you require additional pages they can be purchased individually or in batches, prices below.
